Does my handset color affect the price?

In order to keep things nice and simple we pay you the same price regardless of handset color.

Do I get a higher price for a new handset?

To keep things simple, we only class handsets as 'working' or 'faulty'. Therefore, new handsets would be classed and valued as 'working'.

What if my phone is blocked?

If your phone is blocked, it is likely it has been reported lost or stolen. We do not purchase blocked handsets. If you are the rightful owner of a blocked handset, we suggest you contact your service provider to have the phone unblocked.

What happens to my phone(s)?

Most of the phones are sent for reuse in markets such as China, Africa, Pakistan and India helping to bring improved and more widespread communications to these developing economies.

Do you sell phones?

All the phones we purchase are redistributed in bulk to various approved partners in developing countries. We do not sell to the general public.

Do I pay for postage when sending my phone(s)?

We have various free posting options for you to choose from. These options are all explained in the posting instructions leaflet that is included in the sale pack that we send you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery of phones. We recommend that you upgrade our freepost bag to registered service for track, trace and signed for delivery. This upgrade will cost you AED25.

What must I include with my handset?

We like to keep things simple. So we just need the handset with its battery.

Do you accept fake/counterfeit phones?

There is a growing number of counterfeit phones. These handsets look very similar to genuine products but are illegally produced and may prove to be dangerous to use. We do not accept any non-genuine products. Popular counterfeit models Apple iPhone and Samsung F480 Tocco.

Do you accept stolen phones?

We don't like thieves and definitely do not accept stolen phones. We check all received phones to ensure they are not blocked (registered lost or stolen).
